    It’s best to book as early as possible—ideally 2 to 3 months in advance—to secure your preferred date. Popular dates, particularly Friday and Saturday evenings and the busy end-of-year event season, can book out quickly. If your event is approaching sooner, feel free to get in touch, as I may still have availability for last-minute bookings.

    Your professionally edited, high-resolution images will be delivered within 5 days of your event. Every image is carefully edited to ensure you receive a polished gallery that’s ready to download, share, and enjoy.

    Yes. I offer an express editing service with digital delivery within 48 hours of your event. In many cases, I aim to deliver your gallery within 24 hours, although this cannot be guaranteed as it depends on my editing schedule and the size of your event. Express delivery is available for an additional $50, instead of the standard 5-day turnaround.

    The number of photos depends on the length of coverage, guest numbers, and the activities throughout your event. As a guide, a 2-hour package typically includes 150–250 professionally edited, high-resolution images. Longer coverage and larger events naturally result in a larger gallery, ensuring every important moment, award presentation, guest interaction, and celebration is beautifully documented.

    All professionally edited images are delivered digitally via a secure Google Drive download link, making it easy to view, download, and share your gallery. If you prefer a physical copy, a USB flash drive containing your edited images can be posted to your preferred Australian address for an additional $25, which includes the USB and postage within Australia.

    Yes. Every image delivered is individually colour corrected and professionally edited to ensure a polished, consistent, and high-quality gallery. I remove duplicate images, blinks, and any photographs that don’t meet my quality standards before delivery.

    No deposit is required to secure your booking. Simply provide your event date, venue, event time, and contact details, and I’ll reserve your date. Around two weeks before your event, I’ll get in touch to confirm the schedule and ensure everything is ready for the day.

    If your event is rescheduled, I’ll do my best to accommodate the new date. If I’m available, I’ll simply transfer your booking. If I’m already committed to another event, I can arrange a trusted photographer from my team to provide professional coverage on my behalf, subject to availability.
